Scheduling a Procedure

Usually your endoscopy procedure will be coordinated with your primary care physician (PCP). Your PCP's office will request and appointment for you and our receptionists will contact you to schedule a convenient appointment.

If you do not have a primary care physician and would like to schedule a procedure for yourself, please call the Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center at 978-521-3235 and we will arrange care and follow-up for you.

After you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive important instructions in the mail describing the necessary steps to prepare for your procedure.  It is essential that you follow al the instructions exactly as written so that you are adequately propared. If you have any questions about the prep instructions, please call us at 978-521-3235. Your information packet will usually arrive a few days after you call for your appointment. If you do not receive the instructions at least three days prior to your appointment however, please contact us.  If it is ever necessary to cancle and reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
